Pros

Working in a company focused on growth. Having a management team focused on skill building. Company culture.

Cons

Lots of outbounding required and complicated product to learn. You have to be here for a year to really start seeing results.

decent package for sales jobs

Cons

Terrible culture, legacy product. Numbers-driven management by fear style. Employees treated very badly. The huge employee turnover says it all. I realise these are strong words but I have seen honest people being squeezed and mistreated badly here. There are hundreds of cool tech companies to work for - do yourself a favour and stay far away from Fastspring.

Pros

small company feel. management gives you freedom and doesnt hound you on your numbers the way a lot of companies do. however, this is assuming you are working hard and hitting your numbers. management seems to really care and works with the team to get us the training and tools we need.

Cons

going through some growing pains.
