Extremely poor leadership. Especially in Marketing. Toxic, biased, offensive. CMO hires his favorites, lots of nepotism — very little internal recognition or promotion. Little to no strategy. A few people are carrying Marketing on their backs and everyone knows it. 99% of senior leadership in Marketing including CMO practice bad marketing. Silos, very little culture, lots of complaining, no direction, designed to see people fail. Business is failing. Look at the past quarters. People are getting desperate and the environment is heavy. Would NOT advise anyone take a job here. On a downward spiral.

Lack of diversity in both thought and demographics in the senior leadership team, with the majority being from Cisco. When a CEO brings over essentially a whole C-Suite from their previous company you can expect a lack of inclusivity. Seriously underpays employees compared to current market value. Specific teams regularly overworked and horribly undervalued. CEO says jump and you’re expected to blindly say how high. Little to no support from senior leadership when issues or concerns are posed. Alleged insider trading. Note this has not been proven, but there are several concerns and claims of this happening. Sharp decline in culture. The culture is only ever talked about on surface level and no action is taken when employee surveys denote an issue.
