Cons

If you don't fit into "the boys club" culture you aren't going anywhere anytime soon. The office culture in general is sexist and unfair.

Unique product with incredible potential to be a game-changer in CDN.

Cons

Fastly has attempted to create a culture where sales is redifined. However, this redefinition of sales belittles individuals and alienates talented sales executives. The culture for sales people is quite poor and I am happy to no longer be a part of it.
