Fastly is incredibly transparent and value driven - whilst many companies say this Fastly is the first company that I have ever actually seen it in action Fastly cares deeply about its employees - in the year that I have worked here I have felt incredibly supported and taken care of - Fastly makes sure that work-life balance and their employee's wellbeing is always the number one priority There are so many exciting things happening at Fastly - we are scaling up and introducing new products which is creating new opportunities for staff to progress within their careers - its a very exciting time to be a part of their growth and every employee shares in their success

Cons

A few growing pains where processes are concerned but this is something that leadership are already addressing - things you would expect from a company that is scaling and growing
