-CEO and COO are highly engaged and always present, walking the floors (something that is very rare with many companies) -Great benefits -Opportunity for growth for employees to reach higher positions -If you don't fit the position you were hired in for, they may even make one for you or move you over to another position that may work better for you -Welcoming environment -If you put in the work you will succeed, but if you're lazy then I wouldn't bother -Kind people -They will give you all the tools and knowledge needed to make it in sales Everyone is on the same team and willing to help you in every way possible. It's honestly like one big family. We have company outings for each office and holiday parties so that we all can get to know each other. This was my first full time employment out of college and I had been searching for months before I found Fastmore. I'm so happy I did! They will teach you everything you need to know about logistics so don't worry if you're new to the industry. Apply quickly because we are growing fast!
