It's a good opportunity if you're looking to get involved in the logistics industry. It's fast paced and is pretty exciting to do on a daily basis, it never gets dull. It's a growing company so plenty of opportunity to drive in a decent income for yourself.
Cons
Logistics in general, there are always things that can & do go wrong so it comes with its stressful moments. Internally there are a lot of disputes among certain teams to see who gets to work which lanes. Also with certain positions, you're the face of any problem that arises with customers which can be difficult. It's culture has a lot of cool things they do for the employees like team outings and complimentary breakfast every Monday, but it is a small office so everything is very personal and direct among the staff.
