Thank you for your review. We take great care in ensuring that our salaries are in line with the market. You accepted the position and salary which tells me that it was the best option and pay at the time. We also watch the market for changes in compensation and when pay goes up, we also raise salaries to ensure we remain competitive. If you've been with us very long, then you will know that we gave everyone in our customer service department a raise because salaries were going up in the area.
