Fathom Realty reviews

I was about to leave a review and saw a negative review at the top about not being paid on time... so I had to respond that that. I have closed over a hundred homes with Fathom up to this point and I have NEVER EVER been paid late. I always get paid at closing. The only time you don't is when the we forget to upload the paperwork but that would be my fault, not the company's fault. When I was with another brokerage (one of the largest in the US), I never got paid at closing and always had to wait several days so I'm not sure what they are complaining about. Fathom has been the best company I have ever worked for. They are not flawless but they are better than even the largest brokerages I've worked for. The commission splits can't be beat compared to the value I get and the support I get from my BIC is amazing. The training is informative and usually fun. I'm very HAPPY!

Fathom Realty is by far the best 100% brokerage available. I've been with two others before joining Fathom but have found my home here. 100% of nothing is still nothing but with Fathom, I get so much. The best part is not even the amazing commission splits, it's the support. I've never had so much support in my career. I have referred several other agents and they have all said the same thing. The training is great, the technology is the best available, and the benefits are unmatched by even the biggest companies out there.
