Fathom is focused on helping the agent give full service to their clients. From training to support, the unneeded expenses of franchises and buildings are cut out and given to the agent.

Pros

Fathom Realty is my dream brokerage. They are virtual, so they're not spending huge dollars on expensive offices that I never used anyway. Instead, they invest in technology that allows me to work the way I want and from wherever I want. So, I get to keep almost all of my commission - and don't we all work hard for it? On top of that, they have given equity in the company to us agents. I get to be a part owner of a really fast growing company. What's not to like? Having been with Fathom Realty for over 5 years, I cannot imagine being with any other brokerage.
