Pros

Advanced technology, Family type friendly, Great communication, Very willing to help attitude, Open to suggestions. The company is a pure joy to work with and they make my job so much easier. If you have a question or need assistance someone is just a phone call away. We are now an agent owned company! It doesn't get any better.

Cons

The company isn't for everyone. There is no office to go to. Fathom is a virtual company. Although mentoring is available you work independently. To some that need the hand holding or a brick and mortar office this is not for you. The company management team is so great and generous I don't see how they are going to keep raising the bar.

We expect our local managers to adhere to the highest standards. Our agents deserve the best. Unfortunately, we had to let you go. While I’m not sure how that is a lack of honesty or integrity on our part, I do wish things could have worked out differently and I wish you the very best in the future.

Pros

I have been with Fathom for about 10 months now and I'm extremely grateful to be a part of this organization. I have never worked for a company with better leaders than Fathom. The company cares very much about its agents the the community offering various programs for each (healthcare for agents, scholarships for agents' children, partnerships like Hometown Hereos, etc). Our technology platforms are great as well. I couldn't be happier!

Cons

New tech platform changes roll out a little too slowly at times.
