Excellent working conditions with a pleasant atmosphere. Occasional team building and social events promote an office camaraderie in and out of the building. Great retirement package, 40iK contributions and other fringe benefits.

Cons

The company cafeteria is only open during office hours

The company provides wonderful benefits. The PTO system is wonderful because it lets you take time for anything, instead of seperating Vacation, Personal and Sick time.

Cons

Pay is only alright. Significant raises are hard to come by.
