There's really not any cons. If you're the type of driver that wants to do things your way keep looking. FedEx holds us to a very high standard. Also you're not going to walk in off the street and get a road driver job. FedEx is all about promotion from within. You can start out as a dock worker and work your way up. Even our managing director started on the dock. If you're young and willing to work it's a great job. You're not going to get rich but you'll be well compensated.
