Pros

Large, relatively organized company dedicated to good customer service. Room for growth although very slow. Supply employees with necessary tools to fulfill goals.

Cons

Low salary for the amount of high responsibility given to employees. Not many benefits given. Very slow opportunity for growth. Management living in another world.

Pros

Offers one stop shopping. Create, print, pack, ship. Cutting edge with printing and mobile technologies. Offers and extensive network of centers for and support facilties. For he most part you are free to manage you store as you see fit as long as you keep things within the corporate specific ideals and appearance.

Cons

A lot of major operational and sales changes occur very frequently. Consistency in service between the OPCOs is very poor. Ultimately FXO trains and enforces one policy and Express has another, or will force non compliancy with Office procedures as a quick fix with no explaination. FXO Corporate does not support sales at local levels. Bonus structures are reworked every year it seems and usually extremely hard to achieve with intangable metrics added all the time.

Pros

Great customers, some good field managers, benefits are good.

Cons

Poor internal systems (technology), poor upper management (inconsistent on focus of goals and OBJECTIVE measurements), lack of a consistent, fair playing field for both employees and field management. Poor training, etc. Values have dropped considerably over the past ten years. Now, its all about who you kiss up to and your greeting scores (subjective), not profit or consistent performance.
