Pros

The people you meet and work with and also the experience gained.

Cons

Shifting company goals and policies which did not meet the needs of customers. In addition, FedEx Office does not know what it wants to be when it grows up!! Does it want to be a "Big Box Retail, Shipping or Printing company???" It does all of these things, but not very well.

Horrible Place to Work

Pros

Heath insurance, some good coworkers, tuition reimbursement, 401k not much else.

Cons

Bad pay, Tedious, mind numbing, slave labor, you are forced to sell ridiculous items as a replacement for getting bonuses based on sales but management still bonuses. Management doesn't care about anyone but themselves and will sell you out without hesitation. They see employees as trash and not the commodities they actually are ( maybe they should leave their offices once in a while) There are so many orders from corporate that managers only accomplish if a district manager is coming to visit and somehow they still expect their employees to care after seeing their bad examples.

Tedious.

Pros

Good benefits for the level of job it is. Pay is mediocre. 1 week of vacation 1st year, 2 weeks the 2nd year and 3 weeks starting the 4th year. 401k matching up to 5%. Health, dental, vision. Not great plans, but something. Managers can bonus quarterly but it is rare in most locations.

Cons

As with any customer-service oriented job, you are expected to meet unrealistic customer expectations and give every customer a lengthy spiel about the current month's sale ("Don't forget to take the survey too!")
