Work life balance non existent for first 90/days. Very male-oriented workplace, some favoritism exists in leadership opportunities for next role.

Low labor hours for locations that need to be able to service customers for print, accept shipments for fedex and multi task. Training is adequate, however nothing beats time in position to enable a manager to be able to actually become competent in role. The extreme focus on external auditing is not conducive to a healthy work environment, where no managers fear for their job.
