      Pros

      Fun! Great people, great place to work. Leaders in Live Entertainment. Room for advancment if you are a go getter.

      Cons

      Heavy work load. Can be a very cut throat business. Very political and not always correct.

      Interesting place to work. Benefits are not good.

      The culture is laid back.

      Cons

      Benefit isn't that great. No 401k match. Not everyone gets a salary that is comparable to the position responsibilities. Employees are very cliquish. Favoritism from some managers.

      Pros

      interesting business. You get to wear multiple hats here.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance here. There is nowhere to go and I wouldn't want to even if there was. The upper management is very stressed here and gets fired at the drop of a hat. If the CEO is in a bad mood, watch out!
