Depending on position, you get to travel the world and experience it with co-workers that become like family. The feeling of seeing a crowd light up during performances and knowing you are a part of that "magic" is a feeling that's indescribable.
Cons
Management will be the downfall of your career. There is no clear path for advancement, and management tends to have favorites that move up faster than those who have put in the time and work to truly earn promotions. The lack of a clear vision throughout the entire company makes creativity hard to come by. There always seems to be a fire to fight - it's very rare you can go to work and make it through the day cleanly.
