Travel and hot woman. Cool apratusses interesting dumb people to work with.

Cons

They do not value current employees, especially the longer you work for Feld the less they appreciate you as a performer. Upper management could care less about anyone who is not a head.

Competent people in a sometimes flaky industry. You are expected to know your facts but allowed to make decisions.

Cons

Privately owned means personnel decisions can come quickly without much deliberation. Live events industry took a major hit with Corona and the company shed 90 percent of its staff. Unclear how they will ramp back up.
