Company has a cool history and story. Irvin Feld was a visionary pioneer in the entertainment world and Kenneth Feld and his daughters piggybacked on his success and brilliance.

Cons

The Chairman & CEO was an extremely hard man to work for. The three daughters who helped run the company were a joke. Youngest daughter as the COO was nepotism incarnate. A friend warned me about working for a family run company and boy, were they right! Extremely stressful working in the executive office for five long years. Absolutely no loyalty towards employees, not even members of their top management team.
