Pros

Great environment. Free tickets to their shows, plus free tickets to show previews. The free tickets also cover international shows, so you can invite your friends, or personally attend the shows when traveling. Very nice! Good management and CEO's. They are all very friendly.

Cons

Daily commute, if you live far. Sometimes working across departments can be tedious or time consuming if you need to wait and coordinate for meetings to get user requirements. Priorities tend to be urgent due to the nature of the shows.

Being apart of the Administrative department - always hands on with events, holiday parties, etc. Everyone is friendly, helpful and attentive Pleasant work environment Room for growth Always something fun going on - working for the Circus of course

Building is large - lots of walking

Working for a company that owns a circus, runs Disney on Ice and Monster Jam! Free tickets to shows.

Cons

Not really any discount on products. Company needs fresh eyes to move it forward. Some of the long-time execs here are causing this company to become irrelevant in today's world.
