Pros

This job was excellent at taking me around the world. The pay was good. They hired me straight out of college, and did training in the field.

Cons

100% travel time. When Management decides to give you a hard time, they are backed 100% from corporate. They forced me to quit by demoting me repeatedly and replacing me with lazy inept people.

Traveling is the only good part of this job, you get to see a lot of the United States.

Cons

No overtime pay (your work 60-100 hours a week and only get paid for 40), very mean people, management does not care about the people, only the bottom line. Sexual harassment claims are ignored, management and supervisors have no HR training or any idea how to talk to employees. HR does very little to help the person complaining. Even when you have a doctor's note with pink eye, the stage manager still make you work and will not let you go home.
