      Run away and don't look back (corporate side only-Road crew and performers have a very different experience)

      Pros

      You get tickets to the shows they produce and everyone will think you have a cool job. Healthcare is the best around (which is the only reason good people stick around). Really good PTO policy.

      Cons

      There is no appreciation of good workers. The pay is horrible and raises are scarce if ever. Not much room for advancement. It's really hard to get fired, which means you have a lot of bad/lazy employees around you while the good ones move on. It's a total boys club and very misogynistic environment.

      Pros

      Working within some of the most renowned and loved brands in the world.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Politics are ruining the employee morale. There is no push to be progressive or ahead of the creative curve.
