Pros

They are in the process of making changes as they transition to their new global headquarters. This will be a benefit for those who move with the company and/or are hired into the new Florida office. Change to grow within the company. Management tend to stay for a while, could cause a growth stunt for others. work life balance is GREAT. This is dependent on your department lead.

Cons

Salary is low compared to a lot of industries.

Opportunity to be very hands on. Great place to gain valuable experience for careers down the road. Good benefits package and ability to travel around the world.

Cons

Micromanagers at the top of the organization restrict employees from reaching full potential. Low pay. Very demanding.

Pros

Fun atmosphere, discounted/free tickets to shows, amazing co-workers, the ability to say you work for Feld. It sounds pretty impressive.

Cons

Not much room for growth. No real employee functions (like holiday parties). Because of that, It felt very segmented... I didn't know many people outside of my department or those that worked on the same floor. Even though most of the company works from the road, corporate didn't have the ability to work from home (even in inclement weather). We never really knew what was going on with the company - We heard rumors about the move to Florida but there was never a meeting to discuss.
