Depends on what office your work in

Pros

Solid first job out of college. Not many repetitive tasks. Gives you the chance to interact with many different companies and to network with their employees.

Cons

Your experience will vary depending on your role and what office you are working out of. Also, your happiness will depend on who your manager is and how much they understand that you want a life outside of work. For a lot of the people working for Feld, selling tickets to their shows brings them ultimate satisfaction and nothing else can top it. If you want to succeed in this company, I suggest you adopt their passion.
