Cons
Well where do I start, they pick their favorites. I work at their fire & fab shop in Colorado. I have been for a long time and what I can say about this company is that they don’t treat their employees all that well. There’s 4 newer people that has stayed within the last 4 years and they’re getting paid almost the same amount as me. I have 10+ years here. In what right mind is that fair. I know I’m not the only who feels that way at this location. I have contacted our competitors within a 30 mile radius and they’re all paying way more than what I am getting here for the same work and same schedule. I really recommend going to them first before coming here. We all deserve more that have been here for awhile.
