Pros

Lots of learning opportunities, and there have been improvements in the time I have been there (move down to 40 hour work weeks, insistent lunch hours, etc).

Cons

Management is very disconnected from the sales staff. There were multiple times where associates were treated differently from others--in the same role--because of their sales numbers. HIGH stress environment. It's sad when you hear coworkers crying all day at their desk because of their inability to cope with the pressure. Or when other three coworkers leave because of a mental breakdowns in the span of 6 months (pre-covid).

Pros

This is a great job if you chose not to go to higher levels of education. Decent benefits and flexible about days off

Cons

If you have a college degree, don't come here. The pay is less than average, and the only way you make money is working overtime. It takes a long time to move up anywhere and you are over worked to the point where Friday comes, you don't even want to do anything. Management is HORRIBLE
