*The culture is great. *Pay is good.

Cons

*Lots of brands and products to learn. *Too many inefficiencies within the company. *We do not have proper sales support. *Expect to work late to catch up emails.

Needs a revamp on branch level management Be weary of job titles matching job duties, for example Inside Sale Rep does not match the job duties, it is a call center job with a side of sales support.

Pros

Enjoy alot of my immediate co worders and vendor relationships I have built.

Cons

The company used to be amazing, with a great culture and team. Now, it is run by micro-managed bean counters. The leadership team constantly changes course., There is no reliable software and no way to accurately track leads and opportunities. The base is a joke; you are expected to be a bill collector on your accounts. Territory managers are not paid on sales but paid only when the customer pays. Customers are frustrated due to the fact Ferguson is hard to do business with. The credit department is useless in helping. There are much better jobs out there. I will be resigning after over 10+ years
