Pros

Flexible, fast paced work flow that could be very fruitful if there were processes and procedures in place that worked.

Cons

A lot. The system is very broken. HP employees are treated much differently than Ferguson employees. There are many flaws in the operational procedures, Little to no sales support and the departments are under so much stress, it turns into a blame game any time there is an issue. No culture what so ever. Doesn’t foster growth or team mentality.

Pros

I get a paycheck, medical and dental insurance, a lot of really great co-workers.

Cons

Management is terrible/doesn't exist. Never here, never give clear answers, and forget about advancing your career unless you came out of the trainee program. That includes previous work experience, college degrees, etc. And even as a trainee, what they pitched to you was "pie-in-the-sky". You'll end up working inside sales on the phones.
