      Amazing place to work... if you ar less than 25 and have no family or relationship committments.

      EXTREME flexibility. You can work whenever you want to: weekends holidays, evenings, start at noon, take off a Tuesday, etc.

      Cons

      Absolutely no acknowledgment that the standard American workweek is only 40 hours. Functionally impossible to work less that 50-60 hours per week.
