Pros

FFC Leadership is very family orientated, promote self care for their employees, and is a teaching agency. Directors are supportive, and work hard to find the best possible solution to difficult situations.

Cons

Paperwork can be hard some weeks.

Pros

The clients make it worth it. That’s about it.

Cons

Poor training. It is long but does not specifically relate to the actual hands on experience you will have. When you go back to leadership for support they will just tell you to “scramble” and make it work. The billing expectations are too much. Clients will cancel and no-show and it is your responsibility to fill in these appointments last minute. The pay is poor. They definitely are for profit but they practitioners don’t benefit from it.
