Pros

You get a computer and a credit card.

Cons

- Take a look at their Leadership, see a striking resemblance amongst all of them? Let me help. Shade of their skin, and gender. That's all. - Planning. They take loans (steal) from investors to keep the company afloat. They plan market launches with no sales funnel, then decide to layoff people once they realize their wrongdoings. - They tout their upper management coming from high profile companies, but they aren't coming for an opportunity, they're coming because they genuinely did not fulfill their previous roles with success and settling for a start-up was their only option. - The CEO does not invest in his employees whatsoever. Instead, he bought a penthouse while renting out a very expensive condo in a different city, drives a Range Rover and just bought a new Suburban "cause he wanted to." Then he decided to layoff 30% of his workforce because "things got tight". Cool bro, why don't you post a picture of yourself crying on Linkedin like that other guy?

Don’t Recommend Working Here

Pros

- potential working from home - unlimited PTO

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend working here for a multitude of reasons. 1) due to being a startup, you will be forced to do the jobs of the incompetent departments & by other departments doing a job they weren’t not hired for, the company doesn’t have an accurate number of how much it actually costs to run the org. 2) You will not get competitive pay. Getting a raise will be like pulling teeth. 3) Even though unlimited PTO is a thing, often times you will be asked to be “on call” when on PTO simply because “the world will burn dow without you”. 4) In recent month, Fetch has laid off TONS of employees because they didn’t budget well enough and value profit over people. Company has also let go people who were one of the first 5 employees at the company. 5) there is no real training for how to do your job. You will be thrown to the wolves and expect to survive. 6) C-suite blows smoke and any “changes” they said they are making, will not happen in a years time. Find somewhere else to work.
