Pros

Some remote opportunities if you work on the admin/corporate side

Cons

-Sexist and Racist. I watched as they favored and valued the white man over the women and minorities in the company. Pay, benefits, etc. Lots of inequity and almost little to no diversity and inclusion, nor do they do anything about it. -C Suite and VPs are selfish and all about their money, unthruthful, and do not communicate to their team members in a professional manner. -This company does NOT care about its team members and it’s very apparent. They will say they do, but employee recognition programs are unorganized, not consistent, and are underdeveloped -Operationally a disaster and hard to advocate for as an employee since the clients and residents hate us -Non competitive pay and NO raises unless you are a white man and are in with the cliquiness of leadership. Women and minorities have to fight tooth and nail for raises or to get what they deserve. They don’t even do growth plans or performance evals for raises or bonuses. Appalled

Pros

The coworkers are wonderful and hardworking people

Cons

Deplorable management from the very top, starting with the CEO, all the way down to lower level management positions. The company itself is actively sinking, losing money in nearly every market they currently occupy, and has zero investment in the quality of their service, nor the treatment of their employees (save for c-suite execs). They offer zero training, career development, workplace safety, benefits are substandard, and they have now had several rounds of company wide layoffs due to their inability to make the company viable. Any one left at the company at this point is a vulture and has no actual invested interest in seeing a successful outcome.

Pros

- alright pay and hire out of service industry. - PTO and unpaid time-off - insurance

Cons

Even when you are working and meeting your quotas, your time is still micro-managed to the point where they want literally every minute of your day to be accounted for. If you need to refresh your window, they want to know. If you need to take a minute in between phone calls to write some notes, they want to know. If you need to take a sip of water, they want to know. And they absolutely will follow up if there is untracked time or time that is not specifically categorized.
