Work from home and that's it.

Cons

No support, terrible product, and no opportunities for growth. Subpar pay. They lied about the commission structure and it's so much harder to get commission than you will be lead to believe. You get to work from home but it's absolutely not worth it. Management is not supportive and only ever talks to you when you do something they disagree with. Customers are always angry and if you Google and listen to what customer's say online it's all true. You're not helping animals and you will not be fulfilled.

Pros

Small business feel but a successful business that you don't have to worry about lay offs. Work/life flexibility and trust worthy management. The senior management is very hands on. They give you a good deal of autonomy.

Cons

They're still working out work-flow processes.
