      Pros

      Good benefits including 401K match and Education Reimbursement. Rewarded for performance. Employees earn several hundred a month in incentive based on performance. Progressive environment not set in their ways. Leadership is growing the business and is able to make decisions that are positive for the company not just a select few privileged. Overall people we work with are pleasant. Supporting a product that helps people and pets.

      Cons

      Systems are aging and new technologies will be needed to improve efficiencies and make overall job easier with automation.

      Pros

      There is plenty of room for growth within the company and within your department. if you are truly interested in going across departments that opportunity is given to current staff FIRST. AMBLE training as well as chances for furthering education, free to the employee!! Excellent FAMILY benefits and they do encourage a great work/home balance. Overtime is offered, but discussed so you do not miss out on family time. CO workers are great and excellent communication across all departments. This is truly the place to grow.

      Cons

      Corporate culture of working together has transitioned into on of cliques and isolation. Communication from management is lacking.
