They’re good at reeling you in with fun, but it’s all a show

Cons

When they changed from Petplan to Fetch, they went downhill. Changed their management and disposed of loyal hardworking employees. HR doesn’t care about the mental health of employees.

1. Transparent Leadership, especially from the CEO. The CEO is always open to ideas. He wants you to point out holes or possible road blocks. He also always gives credit where credit is due. 2. Collaborative Work Environment 3. Many Growth Opportunities within Departments 4. Obvious Care for Employees 5. Flexible Work Schedules 6. Good Work/Life Balance 7. Cons

This company is not for someone who cannot pivot to accommodate the ever-changing business. If you can, you will be successful here. The company uses numerous applications, it would be nice to streamline the apps to increase productivity.
