Pros

Culture - I love my team and this past year we have only grown closer. Everyone works really hard but there's humor and connection and it's lovely. Surrounded by Animal Lovers (and animal memes) - it's really nice to find a group of people who share your passion for animals Flexibility - I have been blessed with 2 amazing bosses who have supported me professionally and personally and I'm very happy with our weekly check ins, my schedule and the support I have to do my job

Cons

None for the company at this time. I am remote and I wish I could be in the office more, but that's not an option at this time. Very hopeful for a wonderful 2024.

Can be who you want, it's pretty inclusive - Data driven, will learn a lot - Leaders take feedback well and it won't jeopardize your job - Dog friendly - Free lunch - Competitive salary - Successful, growing company and industry - Nice colleagues, major plus

Comraderie with fellow coworkers about terrible work environment

Cons

Blatant favoritism, no room to grow unless you’re in good with the higher ups, when complained about no raises we were given them after 6 months of back and forth and got bonuses all but taken away as a result, no actual support.
