Pros

Fetch's mission of helping pet parents protect their pets is something you can genuinely feel good about every day. The people are the highlight. My colleagues are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely passionate about pets. We celebrate the wins together and support each other through challenges. Remote work options give flexibility and an understanding that life happens. The work-life balance is something I truly value. There are a lot of opportunities to make an impact and see the results of your efforts. If you thrive in an environment where you can take initiative and contribute meaningfully, you'll love it here.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of a growing company means priorities can shift quickly. If you prefer very structured, long-term planning, this can feel challenging.

Pros

At Fetch, you get to turn your love for pets into a career. We’re a fast-growing company with tons of opportunity, a supportive team culture, and the chance to make a real difference for pets and their people every single day. It makes coming to work everyday more enjoyable.

Cons

Fetch is growing fast, which means things can move quickly and change often. If you prefer a very slow-paced, predictable environment, this might feel like a challenge. But if you thrive in growth and adaptability, you’ll find it exciting!

Pros

WFH, ability to set schedule, decent benefits

Cons

Culture in the claims' department has changed drastically in the last 2 years. Adjusters are expected to hit weekly claims processing goals. Failure to do so will result in a PIP or termination from the company. Adjusters are just a number and completely replaceable. Multiple adjusters have left rather than deal with the chronic stress and anxiety of hitting metrics.
