Full of people who are nice, highly capable, and do really good work. Decent benefits. Good time off policy. Good place if you're willing to put in some elbow grease.

Cons

Leadership moves very quickly and can change priorities often. On some teams, burnout is a risk.

WFH, ability to set schedule, decent benefits

Cons

Culture in the claims' department has changed drastically in the last 2 years. Adjusters are expected to hit weekly claims processing goals. Failure to do so will result in a PIP or termination from the company. Adjusters are just a number and completely replaceable. Multiple adjusters have left rather than deal with the chronic stress and anxiety of hitting metrics.
