Great office environment, always working on new concepts which keeps things interesting

Cons

Corporate culture of working together has transitioned into on of cliques and isolation. Communication from management is lacking.

We appreciate the candid feedback. HR is always available to sit down and discuss any culture concerns and suggestions on how we can improve communications across different departments. Pros

Talking to the many thousands of people who contact Petplan about their dogs and cats, listening to their stories, and sharing their joy if a pet is ill and recovers

Cons

Management is loosely defined, and it's difficult to know who to go to if you have a problem. The higher ups aren't as engaged in the day to day life anymore

Pros

Cool Office. Dog friendly. Candy Everywhere. Flexible hours. Part of this "start-up" trend where the offices were "super fun" and you can relax in big bean bag chairs.

Cons

Moved offices from Philadelphia to Newtown square about 3 years ago. Commute from Philly is no good. Pay is not the greatest. Management formed their own little mean girl tribe, mostly went to other co-workers for harder claims questions.
