Pros

Great job, plenty of overtime available. Bosses are wonderful and are willing to train or coach on any issues. They are willing to work with you on making a schedule that is best for you and accommodate special requests. Lots of different areas where one can work as well.

Cons

Scheduling is a bit of a problem - no one is there to cover when someone is scheduled off.

Pros

Great atmosphere, amazing people. Really everyone here goes above and beyond to make it a fun, easy place to work, I keep waiting for the "other shoe to drop" so to speak, but it doesn't. It really is just a fun, laid back place to come in, do your job, work hard, and feel good about what you do. Then you go home and get to be basically stress free. Added bonuses of food (constantly), kittens, and the ability to work from home.

Cons

Haven't really found many yet. Perhaps some more communication about major changes from higher ups with more notice would be nice.

Pros

Flexible schedule with a management team who truly seems to wholheartedly care about their employees. Work from home options. Pets at work (with an indoor dog park!). Constant company growth and room for advancement. CANDY!!!

Cons

Salary is lower than the industry standard for both claims adjusters and experienced veterinary technicians. It is understandably a difficult path navigate as there are some wonderful technicians with less medical experience for which the salary is a step up but for those coming from extensive backgrounds it's a major pay cut. The possibility of a slightly higher starting salary or a signing bonus may entice more seasoned medical professionals to consider applying.
