      Pros

      Petplan is a company with a very bright future. In the 2 years that I have been an employee I have seen significant growth. It's wonderful to work for a company with a product that I believe in so strongly. There is a ton of opportunity if you work hard. The culture is awesome. Pretty much my dream company!

      Working with so many like minded pet lovers you may find yourself adopting a cat or in my case 2 kitties!

      Pros

      Great friendly staff. Dogs and Cats in the office. Try having a bad day after getting a lick from a puppy on the face or have a cat wander over and jump into your lap. I feel like I am getting great career experience here - the Management is caring and friendly. Some places kind of put up a nice "look how much we care about our employees" charade - this place is the real deal. They truly care about each and every person in the building. The job is not a walk in the park (did i mention we have an indoor dog park?) - but we have the opportunity to play as hard as we work. It truly is a little slice of pet heaven. Did I mention you get to work with Ryan Harris? Wait to you meet that guy!

      Cons

      No real cons other than I have to go home at the end of the day. Maybe weight gain due to all the cakes and celebrations. Benefits could use a boost - but they aren't terrible.
