      Pros

      The best thing about Petplan are the people working there. The staff cares about the animals and the policy holders. The office is open full of light and beautifully designed, there is free candy, healthy snacks and you can bring your pet to work. During the holiday season the company celebrates Merry Monday’s with a little gift to all the employees. Frequently lunch is brought in for special occasions. The option to work from home is available and there is a lot of care and thought put into the Petplan culture.

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility and the salary’s are low. It is difficult to watch people leave once they realize the have no opportunity for advancement.
