Pros

Enjoy working at the Humane Society with the staff and the animals. I know that Fetch is reputable and I am confident I'm helping adopters protect their fur babies. Management is encouraging and easy to work with. Salary is good and you can make good commission if you are good at sales.

Cons

You will work weekends if you are working at a shelter. There are good days when everyone seems to sign on for the insurance at the shelter and bad days where you get a lot of no's. You have to be able to put the bad days aside and keep pressing ahead.

Pros

Helping adopters and shelter Pets become insured

Cons

No breaks for lunch as we had adoptions all day long . Hostile work environment Was bullied by staff and wasn’t addressed by management. Requested we work days off to meet their sales numbers every month Requested by management to work 10- 12 days in row - twice until I requested another manager and stated this would compromise my health. Lowest person at the company level even though you are the money maker. Unprofessional Sales managers
