Pros

Working here 2+ years. Management fosters a culture of support, learning and growth and a willingness to share expertise while providing constructive feedback. It is an inspiring environment and I have had many opportunities to acquire new skills through the tutelage of my manager. Management is approachable and leads by example and it has a trickle down effect. New York office is in a great location, beautifully appointed, fun, has great snacks and free lunch. Fun environment. I feel grateful to work here.

Supervisors were understanding of needing time off for pet emergencies, family issues, illness

Cons

Benefits need improvement. You get a discount on your own pet’s policies but it’s capped to a certain dollar amount. The medical coverage is mediocre. If you have an issue, there is no one to go to. HR is not your friend here. Upper management is laying people off and not replacing employees who quit. They do not treat their customers well- read some reviews- and they don’t treat their employees well either. You are just a number to them. Upper management makes decisions that affect the day to day without consulting the employees who will be affected by those decisions. No opportunities for growth.
