Pros

Fetch dispenses a lot of classic corporate bureaucracy in favor of total transparency and top-down mutual respect. It's an environment where every new idea, from any level, could help change the game - savvy and innovative thinking are rewarded, autonomy is respected, and collaborative work is consistently refreshing. The people here are amazing, but I've worked at miserable jobs where that was true - I think the overall structure and prioritization of people makes Fetch a stand-out, both in workplace satisfaction and personal productivity.

Cons

Truly none, I've worked at some mismanaged places and Fetch is a breath of fresh air

Pros

*They prioritize the company culture. *Everyone makes an effort to introduce themselves to new employees as well as understand their role or department within the company. *Every idea or opinion or issue is valued, heard, and usually acted on. *I feel important here and the team work is so strong. *We have so much fun!

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons to provided at this time. It is a start up, so I can see that feeling like a con. However, they are very transparent with our status and how we as a company are fairing.

Pros

Fetch truly seems to prioritize their work culture and environment: Not only is the work space fun and inviting, but there is a huge emphasis on teamwork and wellbeing in the workplace! Additionally, the leadership is very transparent with everyone in the company, so it doesn't feel like there is a big hierarchy between folks of different positions, which is really refreshing.

Cons

Health benefits are somewhat confusing.
