Pros
Overall Fetch Rewards has been the best place I've ever worked and it has nothing to do with the office location. The other employees genuinely seem like they want to come together and help build the best product we can and it doesn't feel like there are any barriers put up between the departments. Everybody is really friendly and dedicated to the work they do for the company. There is upward mobility that is given for hard work and I have never been asked to take on more than I can reasonably handle.
Cons
The mindset of only growth will sometimes lead to more difficulties in my day to day activity. Tools I rely on may be broken or my team might not have any development power behind them for months at a time while we are told to adapt and make it work.
