      Pros

      It has a lot of benefits, incentives and provides a lot of support to their employees. It's really inclusive and a place where everyone's opinion is taken into consideration.

      Cons

      They do no hire as often for support roles. And some benefits that are given to US employees are not offered to Mexican employees.
