Pros

-Unlimited PTO that managers will (usually) encourage you to take advantage of -Pay is good -Benefits are decent

Cons

-CTO (now Group President of Prod and Tech) is the most toxic leader (if you can even call him that) I've ever met. He expects you to just take any verbal abuse from him. He isn't receptive to any ideas other than his own. His communication in Slack is horrible and aggressive. He often implements periods of "crunch" where employees are expected to work 12+ hours a day, through weekends, for weeks or months at a time with no additional compensation. -Company says they are remote friendly, but they absolutely aren't. They're pushing office propaganda hard and are slowly forcing more parts of the business to run out of the offices. -The company says they care about your well-being, but they don't. If they want you to work non-stop to meet an arbitrary deadline, then you'll work on Holidays to get it done.

Pros

nteresting and differentiated product Strong consumer-market fit, which translates into compelling advertising opportunities depending on the vertical Access to a unique and valuable dataset

Cons

Some people say a supportive environment brings out the best in employees. In my experience, Fetch often reflected the opposite where a lack of support and a challenging culture led to fear-driven management and interactions that felt more intimidating than constructive. I never once felt anyone, especially not my manager, actually had my best interest in mind or wanted to see me succeed. Collaboration across teams was limited, often replaced by internal competition and a focus on individual visibility over meaningful impact. At times, the culture felt more performative than authentic, which made it difficult to build trust and do consistently strong work. There were also instances where concerning behaviors and ineffective management practices appeared to persist rather than be addressed, contributing to higher turnover and a sense that employees were not always set up for long-term success.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive about this place.

Cons

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The company lies blatantly. They are completely unprofessional. The company lies to job applicants and offers them interviews and then doesn't even show up to the interviews that were scheduled. Wasting people's time and further destroying the company's reputation. They frequently advertise jobs and contact potential candidates, despite there being no job available. This gives people the runaround. They lie and say we have already filled the position, but would like to keep your information. avoid at all costs this company.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We’re incredibly sorry to hear of your experience. We aim to create a positive environment for all employees and prospective candidates. We do proactively reach out to skilled individuals to explore possible opportunities within our company. This does not always result in a job application or offer, but we believe it is a fruitful way to begin a conversation. And while scheduling conflicts are inevitable, we offer full transparency with our candidates if any situation arises throughout their interview process. The candidate experience is of the utmost importance to our team. I encourage you to reach out to a Fetch recruiting team member in regards to your hiring concerns so we can address them directly. Thank you again for your feedback.
