Pros

Fetch provides a great work/life balance and everyone genuinely cares about your well-being. Amazing benefits - including flexible PTO and healthcare coverage.

Cons

There are a lot of employees, so sometimes your needs can get lost but there are others who are willing to help if you seek it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that flexibility, a reasonable workload, and caring teammates have stood out during your time at Fetch. We also appreciate your note about the pace. Moving quickly is part of how we work, and we recognize that it takes adaptability, especially for those newer to a fast-paced environment. Pros

The people are incredibly smart, collaborative, and genuinely invested in each other's success. It's a fast-paced environment where you'll constantly be solving new problems and learning new skills. If you enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and working alongside talented teammates, it's a great place to build your career. The culture is one of the company's biggest strengths—people care deeply about the business, but just as importantly, they care about one another.

Cons

The pace isn't for everyone. Priorities can shift quickly as the business evolves, so you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change. Like many high-growth companies, there are times when balancing speed with process can be challenging.
