      Fetch more than doubled as a company in 2021. Rapid growth, in a remote environment, can make team building challenging.

      Pros

      They care about their employees, as work is fully remote with some office locations around the country. Pack structure is really helpful for moving quickly without a lot of bureaucracy. Pay is competitive and stress is low.

      Cons

      Onboarding process is still being refined, first few weeks are a little confusing.
